Recently, the iCAR V27 Long Range Edition was officially launched. The new car is offered in two configurations, with a price range of 189,800 to 203,800 yuan. The core of this upgrade lies in the adoption of a 51.2 kWh large-capacity battery pack, increasing the pure electric range to 300 kilometers. Whether for daily commuting or long-distance travel, it delivers a more effortless electric driving experience.
As a newly added model, the iCAR V27 Long Range Edition continues the iconic boxy design in its exterior, with the overall stance still square and upright, and no major adjustments made. The front face features a narrow strip grille, paired with square lamp housings and a ring-shaped LED light band, and is equipped with intelligent high-beam control, making it highly recognizable.
The vehicle dimensions remain 5055×1976×1894 mm, with a wheelbase of 2910 mm. It is equipped with 21-inch wheels, approach and departure angles of 24.5°, a minimum ground clearance of 210 mm, and a maximum wading depth of 600 mm.
The iCAR V27 Long Range Edition is equipped with the Super Falcon 700+ intelligent driving assistance system. The hardware lineup includes 1 Hesai lidar, 3 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, as well as 2 8-megapixel and 9 3-megapixel cameras. The vehicle is equipped with the Horizon Journey 6P chip, with computing power as high as 560 TOPS, making it the first model in China to be equipped with HSD V2.1 and achieve end-to-end intelligent driving.
In terms of the interior, the new car continues to feature a 15.4-inch 2.5K central control screen and an 8.88-inch LCD instrument panel. The entire series comes standard with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, with computing power reaching 30 TOPS. The intelligent voice system integrates an AI hub large model with DeepSeek, supporting four-zone recognition; it is also compatible with CarPlay, HiCar, CarLink wireless connectivity, and Switch wired screen projection.
The vehicle adopts a dual panoramic roof structure with a starship porthole design. The "Sky Island" roof is equipped with a wraparound ambient light band and reserves a 1/4-inch standard expansion interface. Comfort features have been comprehensively upgraded: the front commander seats integrate ventilation, heating, 14-point massage, and 4-way electric lumbar support; the front passenger seat is equipped with a 255 mm stepless adjustable queen leg rest, and the backrest supports a large-angle recline. The rear windows have been upgraded to sound-insulating and noise-reducing glass, bringing the total number of acoustic glass pieces in the vehicle to 7.
In terms of power, the new car adopts a powertrain composed of a 1.5T range-extender engine and dual motors. The range extender has a maximum power of 115 kW, and the combined power of the dual motors reaches 335 kW. The Long Range Edition is equipped with CATL's 51.2 kWh range-extender dedicated battery pack, providing a pure electric range of 300 km. In terms of the chassis, the new car adopts a front MacPherson (with tower-top tie rod reinforcement) + rear H-arm multi-link structure, and is equipped with the MRC magnetic suspension system.
As the flagship model of the iCAR brand, the V27 has been on the market for half a year.
