On October 23, the 15th Guiyang Auto Culture Festival kicked off at the Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center. As one of the most influential auto shows in Southwest China, this year's event attracted numerous brands to gather together, and BYD's booth undoubtedly became the focal point of the entire show. Two additional versions of the Han family models - the Han DM-i and Han EV - as well as the all-new 2026 Seal 07 DM-i made a simultaneous debut, not only showcasing BYD's latest achievements in electrification and intelligentization, but also once again confirming its brand foundation of "technology is king."

Han Family: A Luxury Upgrade Beyond a Million
The additional versions of the Han DM-i and Han EV are officially defined as works of "luxury upgrading across six dimensions" - covering aesthetics, comfort, ecosystem, intelligence, safety, and efficiency. The pure electric range of the Han DM-i long-range version has been increased to 245 kilometers, with fuel consumption at low battery as low as 3.44L/100km, while the Han EV long-range version's energy consumption per 100 kilometers is controlled within 10.6kW·h, achieving improvements in both range and energy efficiency.

It is worth mentioning that the new cars have been upgraded with the TBC high-speed tire blowout stability system and the DiSus-C intelligent damping body control system. The former can achieve millisecond-level response during a high-speed tire blowout to stabilize the vehicle body; the latter balances comfort and handling by adjusting suspension stiffness in real time. In addition, the Han long-range version also introduced three all-new body colors - Rime Gold, Pine Shadow Green, and Distant Peak Blue. The inspiration for each color comes from China's natural landscapes, combining poetry with a sense of premium quality.

In terms of pricing, the Han DM-i long-range version offers 4 configurations, with post-subsidy prices ranging from 159,800 to 189,800 yuan; the Han EV long-range version offers 3 configurations, with trade-in prices ranging from 173,800 to 205,800 yuan (users who complete their order before October 31 can enjoy a 10,000-yuan super trade-in subsidy). At the same time, BYD has also prepared seven major benefits worth up to 38,000 yuan for users, including trade-in subsidies.

Seal 07 DM-i: A Practitioner of Technology Equalization
The 2026 Seal 07 DM-i is positioned as a "smart and beautiful new luxury sedan," offering 4 configurations with an official guide price of 149,800 to 186,800 yuan. The new car is built on a new-generation plug-in hybrid platform, equipped with the DiSus-C system, TSC high-speed tire blowout stability control, and the "God's Eye B" assisted driving laser version (DiPilot 300), achieving comprehensive advancement across five major dimensions: intelligence, comfort, performance, appearance, and safety.

In terms of exterior, the ocean aesthetics design language gives it elegant and smooth lines, while the EV-style front face appears even more technological. The new car offers four color options: Cloud Sea Gray, Warm Smoke Tea, Atlantis Gray, and Obsidian Black, satisfying different aesthetic preferences. In terms of power, it is equipped with a 1.5T/1.5L high-efficiency engine, combined with fifth-generation DM technology, achieving fuel consumption at low battery as low as 3.2L per 100 kilometers under NEDC conditions, and a combined range of 1,585 km with a full tank and full charge. It also offers two pure electric range versions of 135 km and 230 km, supports 69kW DC fast charging, and takes only 20 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%. The 2026 Seal 07 DM-i is equipped with a front MacPherson + rear five-link suspension, combined with the DiSus-C intelligent damping body control system, which can effectively buffer road feedback, suppress body roll and pitch, and make handling more responsive.

Service Upgrades and Energy Consumption Optimization, Further Enhancing the User Experience
In addition to improvements in product strength, BYD has also continued to increase its efforts at the user service level. Han owners can enjoy exclusive vehicle pick-up and delivery services and parking services, covering scenarios such as high-speed rail stations, airports, and hospitals, all free of charge. In addition, for the Han DM-i equipped with fifth-generation DM technology, fuel consumption will be further reduced through OTA upgrades, from 3.8L/100km to 3.35L, bringing energy consumption performance to a new level.

For the hot-selling Han EV 506KM Prestige Edition, BYD has launched a golden autumn limited-time offer: orders placed before October 31 can enjoy a 10,000-yuan final payment reduction + a 10,000-yuan trade-in subsidy, with a surprise price as low as 159,800 yuan.

Summary: Technology Drives Value, Users Define Products
From breaking into the high-end segment five years ago to now surpassing cumulative sales of one million, the Han family has always been guided by "user thinking," continuously advancing technological iteration and experience upgrades. The Seal 07 DM-i, with the concept of "technology equalization," brings configurations previously available only on luxury models down to the mainstream market, reshaping the value standards of mid-to-large sedans.

This Guiyang auto show is not only a concentrated display of BYD's new product matrix, but also a vivid practice of its philosophy of "bringing technology closer to people." As the new cars gradually arrive in stores, consumers can learn more and take test drives. In the wave of electrification, BYD is continuing to lead Chinese auto brands' upward breakthrough with more mature and more user-oriented product logic.
