We have obtained the declaration information for the new Chery Fengyun T8 C-DM from the latest batch of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's product declaration catalog. The new car is an annual facelift, with minor adjustments to the exterior, equipped with a brand-new battery pack, and its pure electric range increased to 100 kilometers.
In terms of appearance, the new car's grille adopts a closed design, with the interior of the grille decorated with dot-matrix elements. Black trim connects the air intakes on both sides with the grille. The side of the car is equipped with hidden door handles, the anti-scratch trim below the doors is larger, and a new five-spoke blackened wheel design has been added, available in 17-inch, 18-inch, and 19-inch sizes. The new car's taillight assembly has been changed from the current through-type layout to a design with progressive size variation, and the diffuser decoration at the bottom enhances the sense of performance. The new car's length, width, and height are 4705/1860/1747(1756) mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2710 mm. The body length has been slightly reduced, and hardware such as a sunroof and radar is available for optional installation.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain system, in which the 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115 kilowatts, paired with a 19.527 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and a WLTC pure electric range of 100 kilometers.

Its Kunpeng Super Hybrid C-DM system consists of a "1.5TGDI engine + dual motors + 3-speed DHT Pro," among which the engine's thermal efficiency is as high as 44.5%, and the comprehensive range exceeds 1300 km. From January to May this year, the cumulative sales of the Chery Fengyun T8 C-DM were 4,811 units, showing a growth trend. The exterior of the new model has been slightly adjusted, with the rear license plate area moved to the middle of the tailgate. The vehicle length has been reduced by 25 millimeters compared with the current model, which is presumed to be due to adjustments to the styling of the front and rear bumpers, and the interior space will not be affected.
