On September 30, the 2026 Volkswagen Viloran was officially launched, with a limited-time benefit price range of 199,900 to 304,900 yuan for 5 models. The new car cancels the 330TSI Luxury version and adds the 380TSI Yuexiang version. The 380TSI Yuexiang version has a limited-time fixed price of 234,900 yuan, lowering the price threshold for the 2.0T high-power version.

In terms of appearance, the new car's exterior remains consistent with the previous model. The newly added 380TSI Yuexiang version adds dual power sliding side doors compared with the 330TSI Business version, the wheels are upgraded to 19-inch winged premium aluminum alloy wheels, and the power tailgate is upgraded with position memory. The front and rear door windows of the top trim use VSG double-layer acoustic glass, significantly improving the cabin quietness. The new car's length, width, and height are 5346/1976/1781 mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 3180 mm.

In terms of interior, the new car offers two interior color schemes, beige and brown, and provides a variety of seat materials including premium fabric, fabric-leather splicing, microfiber leather, and diamond-pattern microfiber leather. It is equipped with a 10.3-inch LCD instrument cluster plus a 12-inch/10-inch central control screen. The top trim is equipped with IQ.360 panoramic view, a Harman Kardon audio system, and front seat ventilation. Both the top trim and high trim are equipped with a 30-color ambient lighting system and a lane change assist system.

In terms of power, the new car continues to offer 2.0T high- and low-power engines. The maximum power of the high-power engine is 162 kW, with peak torque of 350 N·m, while the low-power engine produces 137 kW and 320 N·m. The new car's transmission system continues to be matched with a DSG 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, with combined fuel consumption of 7.76 and 8.17 L/100 km.
Dada review: The Volkswagen Viloran is positioned as a mid-to-large MPV. While offering German-style handling quality, its interior space is very spacious, and the high-power version has ample power and makes overtaking easy. However, in terms of sales, it lags behind competitors such as the Buick GL8, and its value retention rate is relatively not high. In the family market, it is less attractive than the Toyota Sienna. The 2026 Volkswagen Viloran adds the 380TSI Yuexiang version, whose limited-time fixed price is 234,900 yuan, nearly 20,000 yuan cheaper than the on-sale 380TSI Zunchi version, lowering the price threshold for the 2.0T high-power version. Although the price of the 330TSI version has already entered below 200,000 yuan, it is still recommended to buy the 380TSI version, as stronger power provides more confidence during acceleration and overtaking.
