Recently, the Yangwang brand released a Yangwang U9 "Extreme Forest" themed color edition, inspired by the Nürburgring Nordschleife's nickname, the "Green Hell." The Yangwang U9 Xtreme conquered the Nürburgring Nordschleife with a time of 6 minutes 59.157 seconds and set a top speed of 496.22 km/h at the ATP test track in Germany. The optional exterior paint price for the Yangwang U9 "Extreme Forest" themed color edition is 50,000 yuan, and the optional interior color price is 30,000 yuan.
It is reported that the all-new "Extreme Forest" paint uses four layers of precision coatings carrying specially made mica pigments, achieving micron-level film thickness control, with multiple layers of pearlescent and nano-optical particles fused together to present a dynamic spectral response with flowing light and shadow.
In terms of power, for reference, the on-sale Yangwang U9 is equipped with a four-motor power system. The maximum power of each of the four motors is 240 kW, the combined power reaches 960 kW, and the combined torque is 1,680 N·m. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 2.36 seconds, and an 80 kWh battery pack provides a range of 450 km (under CLTC conditions).
Dada commentary: The Yangwang U9 is positioned as a pure electric supercar, with an official guide price starting at 1.8 million yuan. The Yangwang U9 adopts a carbon fiber body, with a torsional rigidity of up to 54,425 N·m/°, and is equipped with the DiSus-X intelligent body control system, which can achieve no drift in sharp turns, no perception of bumps, and excellent stability at high speeds. Domestically, the only car that can rival the Yangwang U9 is the Hyptec SSR, whose guide price is 1.286 million to 1.686 million yuan, with a combined motor power of 1,225 Ps and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 1.9 seconds. Although the Hyptec SSR's power output is stronger than that of the Yangwang U9, it falls short of the Yangwang U9 in terms of chassis, body strength, and intelligence. Previously, the Yangwang U9 was only available in three colors: Chixia Danzhu, Argyll Purple, and Moonlight Silver, but these three colors required no additional payment. Although choosing the "Extreme Forest" themed color requires an additional payment of 80,000 yuan, the visual effect it presents is truly stunning.
