On March 2, Chery Automobile released the official exterior images of its all-new compact SUV, the Tiggo 7L. The new car is positioned as a compact SUV, focusing on youthfulness, large space, and high cost-effectiveness, with an expected price range of around 100,000 yuan.
In terms of exterior, the Chery Tiggo 7L adopts the family's latest design language. The "big mouth" grille covers almost the entire front face, and the divergent breakpoint decoration inside presents a three-dimensional effect. The smoked black headlight groups are integrated with the grille, and each light group contains two LED lamp beads. The air guide grooves on both sides of the front bumper are triangular, the roof adopts a floating design, and the wavy taillights are highly recognizable. The black decoration between the light groups creates a through-type visual effect.
In terms of power, Chery officials have not yet announced the new car's powertrain configuration. For reference, the Tiggo 7 PLUS is equipped with a 1.6T turbocharged engine, with a maximum power of 197 horsepower and a maximum torque of 290 N·m.

Referring to the starting price of the old Tiggo 7, the starting price of the Tiggo 7L should begin with 9, and the price of high-end models may reach 130,000 yuan. Its configuration and space completely outperform the old Tiggo 7, and the interior is expected to be equipped with a dual-screen setup, with higher screen resolution and better smoothness. Competition in the 100,000-yuan-class family SUV segment is the fiercest. The Tiggo 7 series has 1.1 million users and the title of SUV export champion. On this basis, the Tiggo 7L has higher quality and intelligent configuration, and monthly sales of 8,000 units should not be a problem.
