On March 9, the Qijing brand officially named its first model the Qijing GT7. According to the released teaser images, the new car will make its official debut on March 17. The new car is jointly developed by GAC and Huawei, equipped with Huawei's digital chassis engine and Huawei Qiankun's new-generation high-level intelligent driving system, with hardware supporting L3 level, and is expected to go on sale in June.

In terms of exterior, according to the officially released teaser images, the Qijing GT7 has a "shooting brake coupe" design style. The front face is expected to adopt a closed design, and the slender headlight group has a good sense of sportiness, with intelligent driving blue lights set inside the light group and on the fenders.

Combined with previously released official spy photos, the new car's wheel arches are slightly raised, the door handles are semi-hidden, and the rear is equipped with a through-type light group. The full shape indicates a relatively large trunk space.

In terms of power, the new car will offer both pure electric and extended-range dual power versions. The pure electric version is built on an 800V high-voltage platform, divided into single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive versions. The four-wheel drive version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, with a maximum CLTC range of up to 720 km. The extended-range version of the new car is equipped with a 1.5T high-efficiency range extender, with a comprehensive range of 1200 km+ when fully fueled and fully charged.

Dada Review: The Qijing brand is jointly created by GAC Group and Huawei's Car BU Qiankun ecosystem, committed to building high-end intelligent new energy vehicles. Technologically, it is fully empowered by Huawei, but the brand is led by GAC Group and does not belong to HarmonyOS Smart Mobility. The Qijing GT7 is the brand's first model, positioned as a mid-to-large intelligent shooting brake coupe, expected to be around 5 meters long, with a price range of 300,000-400,000 yuan. The Qijing GT7's 896-line LiDAR is currently the highest specification in mass production, and the intelligent driving-related hardware supports L3 level, which can release higher-level assisted driving capabilities once regulations mature. Domestic 300,000-yuan-class shooting brake cars are still niche, and the Qijing GT7 will not sell hot in the short term. Consumers pursuing individuality and intelligent driving can pay more attention to this car.
