On August 21, Xiaomi Auto unveiled the interior design of its mid-to-large SUV, the Xiaomi Pengcheng N70. The new car is planned to officially go on sale in September 2026, with the Max version priced at 259,900 yuan in presale.

In terms of the interior, the Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 is positioned as a "smart variable large-space SUV." Its flat center console is equipped with an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 20-inch head-up display, and a 16.1-inch central control screen. The central control screen features the built-in HyperOS cockpit system, and the vehicle's chip is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650. Around the air vents, the new car is accented with wood-grain trim. The center console island adopts a segmented design, equipped with dual cup holders and single-side wireless phone charging. Behind the armrest box, dual cup holders are also provided, offering rear passengers a place to put drinks.

The Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 features a completely flat floor in the cabin, with long seat rails embedded in the floor. The front seats can rotate 180°, allowing them to form a face-to-face seating mode with the second-row seats. With the headrests removed, they can form a large bed with the second-row seats. Rear passengers are also provided with a 6.88-inch control screen and a 21.45-inch flip-down screen.

In terms of power, the Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 is equipped with a range-extended powertrain composed of a 1.5T engine. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 210 kW, while the dual-motor version has maximum front and rear motor power of 210 kW/100 kW respectively. The new car offers two battery pack capacities, 76 kWh and 52 kWh, with a maximum pure electric range of 505 km (under CLTC conditions) and fuel consumption as low as 5.7 L/100 km when depleted.

Dada Review: The Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 is a large five-seat mid-to-large range-extended SUV under Xiaomi's Kunlun architecture, focusing on variable large space, long pure electric range extension, and a full suite of intelligent driving. Its 505 km pure electric range can handle daily commuting, with no range anxiety for long trips. The Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 adopts a completely flat floor plus ultra-long slide rails in the cabin, supporting multiple scenarios such as face-to-face seating, office work, large bed, and camping rest. After the second-row seats are moved forward, the trunk can expand to 2,425 L, making it a rare flexible cabin among SUVs. The Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 comes standard across the lineup with LiDAR, the 700TOPS NVIDIA Thor intelligent driving chip, and Xiaomi HAD advanced intelligent driving, offering intelligent driving hardware rare at the same price point. The Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 Max version has a presale price of 259,900 yuan, giving it strong price competitiveness. Monthly sales are expected to surpass 10,000 units, making it the volume-driving mainstay of the Pengcheng series, and competition in the mid-to-large SUV market has also entered a brand-new stage.
