As a compact SUV, this model upgrades the exterior and interior design compared with the old version, and is equipped with the latest version of the Flyme Auto infotainment system, demonstrating the deep integration of traditional fuel powertrains and intelligent technology.
The new car's front face features a vertical-slat grille paired with a continuous light strip, which noticeably increases the visual width. Particularly worth mentioning is the new Yunmeng Blue color, which shows a subtle gradient effect in sunlight. After the body length is increased by 60 mm compared with the old model, the 2785 mm wheelbase gives rear passengers more ample legroom. The retained physical buttons and gear shifter design show respect for traditional user habits.
The combination of a 15.4-inch 2.5K central control screen and a 25.6-inch AR-HUD is rarely seen in fuel vehicles at the same price point. In actual testing, the Flyme Auto system has a very high voice recognition rate, and continuous conversations do not lag. Retaining practical designs such as the wireless phone charging slot and cup holders is also more down-to-earth compared with some approaches that sacrifice functionality for "minimalism."
Although the power parameters of the 1.5T/2.0T remain unchanged, with the optimized 7DCT gearbox, the jerkiness in urban driving is noticeably reduced. The improvement in NVH control is commendable; at high-speed cruising, tire noise suppression is much better than the previous generation.

The fourth-generation Boyue L does not blindly follow the new energy trend, but instead adds the advantages of fuel vehicles to the intelligent experience. For family users with a budget of around 100,000 yuan who also want a sense of technology, this may be a prudent choice.
