On November 15, the Chery Fengyun A9L Radiance Four-Wheel-Drive version was officially announced for launch. The new car's official guide price range is set at 181,900 yuan to 236,900 yuan, and a super trade-in flash purchase program is also offered, starting at 171,900 yuan.

From the perspective of model positioning, this car is the flagship mid-to-large plug-in hybrid sedan under the Fengyun series. The exterior continues the family design, with the front face adopting a combination of a closed grille and a full-width LED light assembly. The side body lines are simple and smooth, and thanks to designs such as hidden door handles, its drag coefficient is controlled at 0.23Cd. In terms of specific body dimensions, its length, width, and height are 5018/1965/1500mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3000mm. The rear part is equipped with the currently popular full-width taillight and enhances the overall texture through chrome decoration on the rear bumper. It is worth noting that the new car will come standard across the range with 6-piston brake calipers.

Entering the interior, it can be seen that the car is equipped with a full LCD instrument panel and a two-tone two-spoke multi-function steering wheel, with a floating multimedia touchscreen in the center of the dashboard. Air conditioning controls, physical buttons, a wireless charging panel, and dual cup holders are all concentrated in the central tunnel area, emphasizing practicality. The four-seat version further strengthens the luxurious atmosphere, adopting a unique brown/off-white two-tone interior, with two independent executive-level seats in the rear that support ventilation, heating, and massage functions, and a 13.7-liter heating and cooling box embedded in the original backrest position. These configurations are all aimed at improving the riding experience of rear passengers.

The powertrain system is the core highlight of this car. The Fengyun A9L Radiance Four-Wheel-Drive version is equipped with the Kunpeng Super Electric Hybrid CDM 6.0 system, working in coordination with a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. Depending on the drive form, the single-motor version has a maximum system power of 374 horsepower and peak torque of 530 N·m; the Snow Leopard four-wheel-drive dual-motor version has a combined power of 639 horsepower and combined torque of 854 N·m. In terms of transmission, it is matched with an electric hybrid DHT Pro gearbox. The vehicle is equipped with a Kunpeng square blade battery with a capacity of 33.67 kWh, enabling a CLTC pure electric range of 260 kilometers, while the officially announced combined range exceeds 2,500 kilometers.

In terms of intelligent driving assistance, the new car has cooperated with Momenta. The Falcon 700 version and the four-seat version are equipped with a lidar on the roof, as well as more assisted driving hardware. Specifically, the Falcon 700 system is equipped with a 126-line lidar and dual DRIVE ORIN chips, with total computing power of 560TOPS. The official statement says it can achieve end-to-end driving assistance, covering functions such as urban and highway NOA, valet parking, and smart summon. It is understood that the car will subsequently be upgraded through OTA to gradually roll out more functions such as urban memory NOA and memory parking.
