The Spring Festival is approaching, so let's talk about "happiness." On January 20, Lamborghini once again received the "Top Employer Italy" award, marking the 12th consecutive year that Lamborghini has won this award. Over the past two years, Lamborghini has added nearly 1,000 new employees, including more than 600 new hires in 2024, so it seems the happiness of new employees is also overflowing.

The "Top Employers" selection initiated by the authoritative research institution Top Employers Institute is held every year and covers 125 countries and regions worldwide, including China, and the research methods for "Top Employers" also adopt globally unified standards.
The evaluation dimensions of the "Top Employer Italy" award include in-depth exploration of 6 core areas in the field of human resources, detailed analysis of 20 key topics and their excellent practices, covering many dimensions such as talent strategy, work environment, talent recruitment, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee well-being.

In 2024, Lamborghini delivered 10,687 new cars worldwide, a year-on-year increase of 6%, once again setting the brand's best annual delivery record in history. At the same time, since 2023, Lamborghini has launched a comprehensive renewal of its product lineup, introducing new models including its first HPEV plug-in hybrid super sports car Revuelto, Temerario, and Urus SE, placing it in a typical period of explosive growth.
At such a critical stage, the happiness of Lamborghini's employees plays a vital role in the company's growth. Since 2021, Lamborghini has begun launching the "Lamborghini Feelosophy" program (feel+philosophy), built around the three pillars of employees' body, mind, and purpose, and has introduced a series of measures, including fitness, meditation, preventive healthcare, psychological counseling, and corporate social responsibility activities, to enhance employees' all-round well-being.

At the same time, Lamborghini is also committed to fulfilling its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, mainly reflected in carrying out the "Universi da esplorare" training program and obtaining two gender equality certifications, the latter including IDEM certification (the result of cooperation with UNIMORE University) and UNI/PdR 125:2022 administrative certification. These efforts are supported by the company's anti-workplace discrimination policy and inclusive language campaign, in order to deepen employees' understanding of the power of language and encourage everyone to use language to reflect social realities and challenge stereotypes and biases.
In addition, Lamborghini implements flexible working arrangements, with the production department adopting an alternating 4-day and 5-day workweek model, while also increasing support for remote work—Lamborghini's office employees can work remotely for up to 12 days per month.

Not only employees themselves, but Lamborghini also extends its care to employees' families: this year Lamborghini launched the latest new "Work Agreement," which includes childcare support measures such as increased financial subsidies for parental leave and salary subsidies of up to the full amount for single parents or parents caring for children with disabilities...
By comparison, the editor feels a chill in the heart, but in China, there are also "Top Employer" award winners. At the same time as the "Top Employer Italy Award" was announced, the latest edition of the "Top Employer China Award" included the following automakers (in no particular order): Volkswagen (China), SAIC Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, Porsche (China), General Motors (China), SAIC-GM, SAIC Passenger Vehicle, SAIC Maxus, and SAIC-GM-Wuling.
